Testimonials From Clients
I can’t put into words how much I appreciate all of your help and support. This time last year, I felt like there was no hope. But with your help and support. I can now see that I do have a future.
Thank you so much for everything.
Client M.S.
EMDR is so incredibly powerful. I was really sceptical about how and if and how it would work for me.
Thank you very much for helping me come to terms with my (very) unexpected birth experience. I no longer have such distressing images every time I close my eyes and can finally experience nothing but joy as a new Mum.
Client M.G.
Laura, I just want to say a big thank you to you for all of your help over these last few months. I feel like I will now continue to move forward, only now I have a wealth of techniques to help me.
Client E.F
My experience of having CBT with Laura has been fantastic. She really opened my eyes and helped me to see that that being kind to myself may be the key! If I am my own jailer then only I can truly set myself free. Laura, you have helped me more than you know. You showed me so much empathy when I was so low. The world needs more people like you. It may sound a bit mushy, but it is true.
Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart.
Client S.P
I had no idea what to expect from sessions and was nervous and apprehensive about my first experience of EMDR therapy. Laura is so warm and approachable and made the whole process so much easier and less daunting than I ever could have imagined. I was able to work through things that I never thought I could. I never felt rushed or judged.
Thank you for sticking it out with me when you could have just sent me on my way. I’m so glad we got to take this journey together, I couldn’t have wished for anyone better.
Client E.J.
It has been quite a few months now since I completed EMDR with Laura. I just had to send a little message to say thank you and to share my gratitude for all of the work that we did together during one of the darkest and most challenging times in my life.
Laura is such a compassionate and understanding person who provided me with both an outlet and so much hope when I felt like things would never improve for me.
I now have the freedom to be creative, to write and to explore again.
I cannot thank Laura enough for all of her support.
Client S.Y.
I just have to say thank you for everything over these past 9 months Laura. You really have been such a massive support to me. I appreciate everything you have done to help me.
Client C.K.
Cognitive behavioural therapy with Laura has been such a positive experience for me. Thank you for all of your help and encouragement and for getting me back on my feet! I didn’t stand a chance without your help. All of the hand-outs you have given to me have also been invaluable, I will look back over them for years to come.
